GSA Contract Updates

We have now been awarded a 5-year extension on our GSA 51V-Hardware Superstore contract! The renewal will last through July 15, 2015. 

We have also added additional SIN codes to our 03 FAC contract, to cover a broader range of services. Our 03 FAC now includes:
811 004 Electrical, and All Utility Services Limited to Facility Maintenance
811 005 Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioner, Boiler and Chiller HVAC Maintenance
871 204 Metering Services
871 206 Building Commissioning Services
871 210 Water Conservation
003 97   Ancillary Repair and Alterations
