Responsibility Level:
Responsible for sales and customer development in the VISN 20 Territory, under the general direction of the National Sales Manager.Participate in the development and execution of the company marketing plan.
Responsibilities:
1.Meet sales targets.
2.Provide weekly written sales reports to management on the status of any projects and sales.
3.Maintain a good knowledge of TL Services products and services.
4.Work closely with other sales staff on major projects when needed.
5.Develop and implement strategies in assigned territory for visiting major potential buyers and promoting TL Services products and services.
6.Utilize electronic business technology options to develop business.
7.Develop new customers through telemarketing and visitation approaches.
8.Visit customers to carry out formal presentations, demonstrate products, and develop relationships.
9.Aid customers in meeting their needs and advise them on TL Services products and services with the goal of developing repeated future business.
10.Quote prices and take orders from own clients.
11.Management responsibilities as required.
12.Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1.Four year college degree required, or its equivalent in experience.
2.Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office suite.
3.Motivated for success.
4.Capable of analyzing and interpreting information.
5.Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
6.Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
7.Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette.
8.Excellent organizational skills.
9.Willing to maintain a neat appearance.
10.Extensive regional travel will be required.
